Future partnership opportunity at a boutique financial services firm for a hands on senior manager to work in a flexible, boutique environment and take more control and direction over their career.

ABOUT OUR CLIENT
This boutique firm in the financial services industry have been in operation for decades. Working on a national platform they are still able to provide a boutique flexible working environment with compromising on client service. The firm offer a range of services with a core offering being valuation services to support a range of transactions across diverse industry sectors and M&A advisory related services for both buy and sell side.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Here, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the field reporting directly into and working with the Partners at the firm and principally working alongside and with the Managing Partner. The firm are looking for someone like-minded to join them as part of their longer term succession planning efforts. You will gain exposure to the full scope of the firms operations and service offerings, not being restricted to a single practice function and for the right individual this position could provide an expedited path to partnership compared with the extended timelines that can exist within a larger firm environment.

ABOUT THE POSITION
As the Senior Manager, at the firm you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, from running your own files to reviewing those of others. Responsibilities will include:
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Assist in the preparation and presentations of valuation reports
• Develop, test, and implement complex financial models
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and complete deliverables
• Develop strong, professional relationships with clients, demonstrating excellent customer service and top quality service
• Lead and develop team members in preparation and completion of various engagements
• Delegate audit tasks as required and provide guidance to other team members
• Some travel, as necessary, for client-facing meetings

THE REQUIREMENTS
• Designated CBV
• 1+years experience with private company valuations
• Prior experience managing a team and reviewing work
• Excellent client service and communication skills

COMPENSATION
• Salary: $110,000-150,000
• Discretionary bonus
• Vacation: 3 weeks
• Extended health coverage
• Professional fees and dues
