About the Opportunity
This role is a great fit for someone with at least two years of public practice experience who is pursuing or has completed their CPA designation. You’ll prepare and review a variety of assurance and tax files, collaborate with managers and partners, and build trusted client relationships. The position also offers exposure to diverse industries and projects, making it ideal for accountants looking to strengthen both their technical expertise and client service skills.

About the Position
Reporting to Managers and Partners, responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing working papers and tax returns for privately-owned businesses
  • Supporting assurance and tax compliance engagements within set budgets and deadlines
  • Conducting client-specific research and drafting technical documentation
  • Participating in client and team meetings, contributing to planning and strategy discussions
  • Identifying opportunities to provide additional services and support clients’ long-term success

The Requirements

  • CPA designation or near completion (CFE written)
  • 2+ years of public practice experience
  • Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Strong communication and client service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously
