Compensation

• $70,000 - $95,000 per annum.

Responsibilities

• • Full operational management of assigned residential rental properties
  • Budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial oversight
  • Rent reviews and revenue optimization
  • Oversight of maintenance programs and capital projects
  • Tenant relations, conflict resolution, and RTB matters
  • Lease negotiation and renewals
  • Coordination with building managers and support staff
  • Client reporting and strategic advisory input
  • Ensuring compliance with the Residential Tenancy Act

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience managing a residential rental portfolio
• Has obtained rental property license
