THE COMPANY:

With a mix of different properties across Victoria and the Lower Mainland, this Property Management company are constantly growing and acquiring more into their portfolio. While boasting an array of buildings, they place huge emphasis on work-life balance and value the long term growth of their staff members.

THE POSITION:

This is a Rental Property Manager role where you will be managing a portfolio of around 1000 residential homes. Your main job duties will include but not limited to:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day management of a specific portfolio of properties.
  • Communicating with key stakeholders regarding financial performance, all property operations, and staffing and tenant relationships.
  • Building strong relationships with clients.
  • Managing revenue and expenses, preparing budgets and monthly management reports, and analyzing financial statements.
  • Overseeing accounts receivables and recommending eviction proceedings.
  • Supervise the processing of new residential applications and lease renewals.
  • Recommending and overseeing building improvements and preventative maintenance programs.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Obtained a valid Rental License
  • 1+ years experience as a Rental/ Residential Property Manager
  • Team oriented and a huge team player

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

  • $70,000 - $75,000 +/- based on portfolio and experience
  • Extended health and dental benefits (100% employer covered)
  • 3 weeks vacation
  • 6 wellness days
  • Cell phone allowance
  • Mileage allowance
