A design-build construction management firm is ready to hire a Project Manager to take on muti-family wood-frame projects.

Our client is a design-build construction management firm with an extensive portfolio of multi-family and mixed-use projects. They have also had success in commercial tenant improvement projects and ICI new build. Having established themselves in the market 10-15 years ago, this is a great opportunity to join a young, reputable, and growing company.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client has multiple ongoing projects as well as a strong pipeline of future projects. They are looking for an experienced wood-frame Project Manager to join their team. This is a great opportunity to join a multi-faceted company on their multi-family team and to be a mentor to Project Coordinators. You will be taking on a condo or townhome project and once completed, will be moving on to the next project!

ABOUT THE POSITION

In this role you will be working on the multi-family construction team as a Project Manager. You will be based in office and make site visits as needed. You will be reporting to and working directly with senior Management. The ideal candidate experience managing condo or townhome projects with underground parkade and is ready to jump right into their next project!

THE REQUIREMENTS

• 4+ years experience managing residential projects (wood-frame with parkade)
• Experience on condo / townhome projects with underground parkade, full construction lifecycle.
• Underground parkade experience.
• Experience on projects with 4+ stories.
• Software experience is an asset (Procore, Timberline, Sitemax)
• Construction related education.

COMPENSATION

• Salary: up to $140,000 experience dependent.
• Annual discretionary bonus.
• 2-3 weeks vacation.
• Extended benefits.
• RRSP matching
