Our client is a successful realtor who is looking to add an Office Administrator to their busy team.

ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client is a successful realtor based in Vancouver. You’ll be joining a small team of dynamic professionals who are passionate about real estate.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The Office Administrator is responsible for keeping everyone organized and updated. From coordinating appointments, to updating listings to organizing events, it’s a busy role with lots of variety. The ideal Office Administrator will be highly organized, be able to manage priorities and enjoy interacting with clients on occasion. You’ll have a hand in planning client events, organizing client gifts and other fun activities.
ABOUT THE POSITION
Manages listings from start to finish.
Prepares listing contracts.
Manages transactions process.
Coordinates photoshoots, cleaning services, general events and meetings.
Ensures client communication through calls and email updates.
Manages client files and updates databases.
Document management and control.
Filing.
Client events.
Occasional errands.
Manages expenses.
General office management.

THE REQUIREMENTS

2+ years of experience in an office administration position.
Prior experience coordinating meetings, schedules and appointments is desired.
Experience in the real estate industry is an asset.
Must be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks.
Strong attention to detail is required, being able to follow complex steps and checklists is required.
The ability to work through steps and process but adapt to changing situations is desired.
Excellent customer service skills.
Drivers License.
Experience planning client events is an asset.
Flexibility to work hours when/if required.

COMPENSATION
Annual salary range $50,000 - $63,000 depending on experience. Competitive benefits and vacation; discretionary bonus.
