ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client is a subsidiary of a well-established insurance brokerage that has been servicing clients in the Vancouver area for many years. They are known from promoting a collaborative and healthy work culture. The client is also one of the province's fastest growing brokerage. They offer tailored solutions to clients for Commercial, Personal, and Auto Insurance.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As a client-focused Mobile Insurance Advisor you will work in a team with multiple other agents to service client insurance needs by visiting them at dealerships. You will report to the Auto Team Lead and will receive a lot of autonomy:

• Engage with clients to determine their needs and provide expert advice and attain the best coverage
• Maintain and manage strong customer relationships by anticipating the needs of clients
• Manage and process renewals in a timely manner and maintain high levels of client retention
• Develop new business opportunities on a timely basis by securing expiry dates and cross selling
• Support clients in the claims process
• Traveling short distances on a daily basis

REQUIREMENTS

• Level-1 Insurance Broker License
• At least 1 years' previous insurance experience
• High level motivation, time management skills
• Be able to thrive in a team environment
• Excellent Client Service Skills
• Accountability and problem solving ability
• A valid driver's license in BC and access to a vehicle for travel
