About the Opportunity
You would play a key role in supporting the delivery of commercial and residential plumbing, HVAC, gas, and mechanical projects across Metro Vancouver. The position would focus on coordinating project schedules, subcontractors, materials, documentation, and communication to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

This is position is available to candidates based in Vancouver, Surrey, Langley, Burnaby, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Maple Ridge Delta, Richmond, and North Vancouver.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule daily service calls, preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, and technician dispatch.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to service requests and providing timely updates on work progress.
  • Prepare and manage work orders, service tickets, purchase orders, and invoicing documentation.
  • Coordinate technician schedules, labor allocation, and equipment to maximize productivity and service response times.
  • Communicate with customers, technicians, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure service work is completed efficiently and on schedule.
  • Track material orders, deliveries, and inventory to ensure technicians have the required resources for service calls.
  • Monitor service schedules, technician utilization, and outstanding work orders, identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Maintain accurate service records, maintenance logs, warranties, and customer documentation within the company’s service management system.
  • Support quoting, billing, and contract administration for service agreements, preventative maintenance programs, and small projects.
  • Assist Project Managers with project administration, including documentation, change orders, RFIs, close-out documents, and project reporting when required.
  • Ensure all service activities comply with company safety standards, quality requirements, and customer expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive service experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience working with a Mechanical Contractor.
  • Proficient in software such as MS Office suite and document control platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication and organizational skills.

Compensation

  • Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 DOE
