WHAT YOU’LL DO

You will design and deliver learning and development programs and evaluate the effectiveness of these learning initiatives. You will contribute knowledge and hands-on experience to design and develop blended learning materials, new hire onboarding and ongoing sales training for our recruitment and business development professionals. This is a role for someone who wants to make a difference, drive innovation, and take learning to the next level.

WHAT YOU’LL GAIN

You can expect to earn an annual salary of up to $65K OTE (on target earnings). Other perks of working with us include:

  • Minimum one (1) year of recruitment experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills; you are well-intentioned, thoughtful and a team player
  • Ability to work from our downtown Vancouver office 5 days a week
