ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client is a community-based insurance brokerage located in Regina, dedicated to offering creative and tailor-made insurance solutions for customers. They are in search of a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to become a part of their expanding team, contributing to safeguarding the assets of local community.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

This Commercial Insurance Account Manager will manage and service a book of business, provide excellent customer service with commercial P&C insurance products and policies, assessing and evaluating risks, determining coverage levels, and negotiating with underwriters to ensure optimal outcomes.

ABOUT THE POSITION

• Provide quotes and bind new insurance policies
• Assist walk-in customers with their inquiries
• Follow up with in-bound new business leads
• Complete policy reviews and renewals
• Collaborate with producers and processors to assist customers
• Build long term relationship with customers and markets

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Level 2 general license or in progress
• Minimum 1 yearsof working experience in brokerage, Commercial Lines
• Experienced in providing customer service with various situations
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge in EPIC or other similar software

COMPENSATION

• Base salary between $55,000 - $65,000 + 5% annual targeted bonus
