Commercial Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a commercial insurance book
• Support commercial producers with client relationships, policy servicing, and claims support
• Deliver personalized insurance advice and solutions to clients
• Coordinate with insurance carriers and internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
• Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in commercial insurance
• A Level 1 insurance license in Alberta (mandatory)
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Experience with diverse industries such as construction, real estate, farming, trucking, or oil and gas preferred
• Proficiency in insurance management systems like Epic is a plus
• Ability to work well within a team supporting commercial sales
