Commercial Account Executive

Our client, a leading national insurance brokerage, is seeking experienced Commercial Insurance Sales Producers to join their mid-market commercial team covering Central and South Ontario. This is a production-focused role for a driven insurance professional who can build and grow a book of commercial business through their own prospecting efforts

Compensation

• Guaranteed Draw Salary of $60,000 to $100,000 or more based on experience

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new commercial business through cold outreach, referrals, and personal networking
• Build and maintain a personal prospect list; specialization in a niche or industry vertical is an asset
• Meet annual sales targets tracked through internal performance tools
• Represent the brokerage at industry networking events and functions, with company support provided for these efforts

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ demonstrated experience in commercial insurance production is required
• RIBO License in good standing is a must
• Strong ability to foster and maintain positive customer relationships
• Accountable, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
• EPIC system experience is an asset
