ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
As Bilingual Insurance Technical Specialist, your responsibilities include monitoring the profitability of current insurance offerings and analyzing them in collaboration with both domestic and Lloyd's markets. You will play a key role in ensuring the financial success of insurance products thorough analysis and strategic partnership.
ABOUT THE POSITION
- Manage Commercial and Personal product portfolio, overseeing profitability
- Forecasting and exploring new avenues for growth
- Review contract renewals with insurers, work collaboratively on new profitability perspectives
- Deliver presentations and educate insurer partners
- Lead and manage various projects
THE REQUIREMENTS
- Must have at lesat 5 years' experience in property and casualty underwriting or contract analysis
- Expertise in performance assessment
- Demonstrated project experience in analysis, monitoring, and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Bilingual in French and English
COMPENSATION
- $100,000 - $120,000 base salary depending on experience + bonus
- Competitive benefits package including extended health benefit plans
- RRSP matching
- Minimum 3 weeks paid vacation + flex days
- Hybrid working option, 35 hour work week
- Training provided, education support
