Enseignes iCubic is a sign manufacturer specializing in the design, fabrication, and installation of signage and architectural graphics. Located in Saint-Eustache, the company employs a team of approximately 50 people across specialized production departments. As part of its continued growth, iCubic recently expanded its operations through the acquisition of Enseignes Barbo. Integrating the accounting practices of both companies will be part of this role.

As part of its growth, iCubic is seeking an experienced Accounting Technician who is looking to grow into a Controller role. Reporting to the Finance team, you will participate in the full accounting cycle and play a key role in supporting the organization's financial and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Code and enter vendor invoices
• Prepare payments and disbursements
• Process customer invoicing and follow up on accounts receivable collections
• Assist with payroll processing
• Prepare government remittances (GST/QST, payroll remittances, etc.)
• Participate in monthly and year-end closing activities
• Perform account reconciliations and financial analyses
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and procedures
• Provide administrative support to the Sales and Operations teams
• Perform other related duties as required

Requested skills

• AEC or DEC in Accounting (or equivalent post-secondary accounting diploma)
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Experience with a manufacturing ERP system (an asset)
• Bilingual (French and English)
• Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Team player
