We're Hiring: Accounting & Administrative Coordinator
Dominmarc is a company that manufactures stamps, labels, and specialized marking products. It is affiliated with Enseignes iCubic, which specializes in signage and architectural signage. The two companies share premises in their new location in Saint-Eustache.
In a context of succession and operational optimization, the company is seeking a versatile, autonomous, and detail-oriented person to take on both accounting responsibilities and the daily coordination of operations.
The position is suited to someone who enjoys a variety of tasks, is able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and knows how to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Strong adaptability and good organizational skills are essential.
What We Offer:
- Full-time, on-site position (37.5 hours/week)
- Salary: $26 – $32/hour based on experience

Your Main Responsibilities:
Accounting
– Management of accounts payable and accounts receivable
– Bank reconciliations (CAD and USD)
– Cash flow management
– Preparation of government reports: monthly source deductions, quarterly GST/QST returns
– Preparation of year-end files for the external accountant
– Processing of accounting entries related to payroll (payroll is processed by iCubic)
– Allocation of intercompany expenses: salaries, shared spaces — using Excel
– Occasional support for similar accounting tasks for an affiliated entity located on the same site
Administration and Operations
– Daily coordination of a small production team (4 people): customer service/graphic design, stamps, labels, shipping/receiving
– Monitoring attendance and managing team absences in coordination with management
– Management of raw material inventory (foil — approximately 12 SKUs) in collaboration with the shipping/receiving manager
– Participation in annual pricing reviews: calculating adjustments based on supplier price increases; customer communication is handled by management
– Purchasing of office supplies and consumables
– Internal first point of contact for foil-related quality issues, in coordination with management and the technical team
– Ensuring workplace compliance with CNESST standards (documentation, postings, records)
– Mastery of key functions of colleagues’ roles to ensure operational continuity during absences and vacations
