  • Manage reservations and guest stays using our internal software to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for every guest.
  • Welcome guests upon arrival and departure with a smile, making their stay memorable from start to finish.
  • Handle payments and cash register operations accurately and professionally.
  • Answer guests’ questions and provide recommendations on local activities and attractions to make their adventure unforgettable.
  • Maintain clear communication with the maintenance, food service, and accommodation teams to ensure the campsite runs smoothly.
