The X-Ray Level III inspector is primarily responsible for ensuring that all aluminum cast products are inspected (X-ray) in accordance with customer specifications and within corporate and aerospace quality standards.

Actively participates in problem solving, cost reduction, and waste reduction. Ensures that all equipment and materials used meet customer requirements and company quality standards and expectations. Conducts numerous internal audits to ensure customer specifications are met. Audits and investigations of ongoing production operations, processes and personnel to verify adequacy and compliance with production schedule constraints and quality standards Audits Level I and II performance and participates in the preparation and execution of their reviews.

Possess a diploma of technical studies, preferably in metallurgy or equivalent. Level III certification required;

Radiographic interpretation Level III Can/CGSB-48.9712.

Minimum of ten years of experience in NDT methods and manufacturing environment. Experience in aluminum casting will be an asset.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Starting at $80,000 per year
