JOB SUMMARY

This position has as main responsibility to assemble the wax parts.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Glue the different sizes of "gate" on the parts and seal them well to prevent inclusions while following the assembly instructions.
  • Performs base assembly and bracket operation-installation
  • Make the assembly of the "runners" on the part following the instructions provided by the engineers.
  • Dip the cluster in the wax basin to seal all openings.
  • Remove all defective surfaces, bubbles, drops and trapped air stains.
  • Ensure that equipment, facilities, tools, work methods and activities are efficient, safe and comply with prescribed standards Performs other duties as required.

  • Respects the Environment, Health & Safety programs of the company.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

Good concentration at work

EDUCATION REQUIRED

High School Diploma or equivalent

PROFESSIONAL DESIGNATION

Forklift certification may be required
