• One (1) year experience in a telecommunications environment

Other Information

• Switchboard Operators are required to work independently with minimal to no supervision, following set processes as laid out by the Saskatchewan Health Authority and        the Department.  
• This responsible position requires Switchboard staff to respond to various CODES and urgent calls in a efficient and safe manner.
• A high degree of accuracy is required. 
• Basic medical terminology, where required by the job
