Job Description: The Speech Language Pathologist-Masters Senior reports to the Manager of the Children's Therapy Program and provides clinical guidance/leadership of Speech Language Pathology Services for Children's Therapies. The Speech Language Pathologist-Masters Senior's training/knowledge qualifies him/her to make decisions/accept responsibility for all aspects of the Speech Language Services. Services are provided in a variety of settings as deemed appropriate for the client. The incumbent assists in planning/organizing the activities of the service area within the Speech Language Pathology Professional Guidelines ensuring that patients/clients referred receive a high standard of Speech Language Pathology. This is done in accordance with SHA Mission Statement, Therapy Department Statement of Purpose, policies/procedures of the facility/department. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement"

- Master of Speech Language Pathology (SLP)

- Valid Class 5 driver's license
