Job Description: The Learner Placement System Specialist is an experienced professional with a broad-based background in health planning, health education and organizational change. They use systems theory to help teams understand and assess current state, envision future state, identify gaps, and create actionable plans for improvement. They are committed to understanding and learning from stakeholder (including patients, educational institutions, and staff) experiences to inform organizational planning on an ongoing basis.

Experience
5 years of experience in post-secondary health sciences education programs
Education
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Business Administration diploma (DBA)
or a related Health Sciences field
Undergraduate degree or diploma in professional clinical field
Licenses
Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
