Job Description: Reporting to the Director of Organizational Learning & Leadership, the Specialists design and lead the implementation of leadership development programs, coaching and change management strategies region- wide and provincially. Each incumbent supports a Vice Presidents leadership team and cascading management teams using a range of organizational effectiveness approaches, tools and techniques aimed at transforming the staff and patient experience and engagement.As subject matter experts in the areas of leadership development, coaching and change management, incumbents are called upon to design programs and strategies for developing the knowledge and skills of leaders and staff so that the organization can effectively achieve its strategic and operational goals.
