Job Description: As a member of Mental Health Services, the Social Worker is an integral member of the multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include screening, crisis intervention, counselling, goal planning, consultation, preparation of reports, data collection and client, family and public education. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement"
