Job Description: Under the direction of the Manager, Respiratory Services, the Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of the Respiratory Therapy department therapeutic services of the Respiratory Therapy department including but not limited to the supervision, education, coordination and application of Respiratory Services. The incumbent will provide visible, proactive leadership and promote the delivery of patient-centred care through the application of professional standards within budgetary guidelines. The position will have specific responsibilities related to patient needs, technical and clinical knowledge in the designated area. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement". HSAS seniority within the Saskatchewan Health Authority will be considered under the Selection Criteria.

• Five (5) years experience in a discipline related role

Education

• Respiratory Therapy diploma (RT)
