REPORTING TO THE FACILITY MANAGER/DIRECTOR OF CARE/NURSING UNIT MANAGER, THE REGISTERED NURSE A/RPN IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING A HIGH STANDARD OF PATIENT CARE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE VISION, MISSION AND PHILOSOPHY OF THE PRINCE ALBERT PARKLAND HEALTH REGION. THE REGISTERED NURSE A/RPN HAS THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ASSESSMENT, PLANNING, IMPLEMENTATION AND EVALUATION OF COMPREHENSIVE CLIENT CENTERED CARE.

Required Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Nursing or Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Psychiatric Nursing
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Registered or eligible for registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) or Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of Saskatchewan (RPNAS)
• Valid Class 5 driver's license

Shifts (days, evenings, nights) including actual hours, date of commencement and temporary end dates are for informational purpose only and may be subject to change. The CRC must be dated within the past six (6) months and be satisfactory to the SHA.
