UNDER THE DIRECTION OF THE DIRECTOR OF NURSING, THE RN/RPN PROVIDES ACCURATE ASSESSMENT, PLANNING, IMPLEMENTATION AND EVALUATION OF RESIDENT CARE. AN ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY WITH FAMILIES AND THE HEALTH CARE TEAM IS REQUIRED. THE INDIVIDUAL MUST POSSESS A PROGRESSIVE AND INNOVATIVE APPROACH TO LONG TERM CARE.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Nursing
• Registered or eligible for registration with the Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of Saskatchewan (RPNAS) or College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
