Job Description: EVS Program Support & Standards Specialists are responsible for performing various key functions within the Infrastructure, Information and Support portfolio, will demonstrate knowledge and experience in design thinking and critical risk assessments while learning the aspects of project management. The Specialist must work cross functionally within the portfolio and across the organization to support operations, including cascading monitoring with public reporting, complex problem solving and course correction of same. They will develop partnerships and work closely with both clinical and support staff at a variety of levels such as Executive Directors, Directors, and Managers, to promote a culture of safety through best practice and current standards. They will be required to travel within the province while developing relationships with key stakeholders at both provincial and national levels that will have direct impact on EVS staff, practices and strategic plans.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in management, leadership, or supervisory roles

Education

  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in an applicable field

Licenses

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license

Other Education and Training

  • Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
