Job Description: Reporting to the Manager, the Team Lead will be responsible for providing leadership, administrative and other support to a business unit or clinical department/program. The Team Lead demonstrates strong leadership to enable an innovative and positive working climate and a client-centric culture. The Team Lead must work cross functionally within the portfolio and across the organization to support operations. The Team Lead will develop partnerships and work closely with system and community partners.

Experience

  • 3-5 years' experience working in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
  • Experience in a community rural setting

Education

  • Bachelor of Administration (BAdmin)
  • Bachelor of Arts in Health Care Administration
  • Health Care Administration diploma

Licenses

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license

Other Education and Training

  • Undergraduate degree in Health or Social Sciences
  • Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
