Job Description: The staff therapist is responsible for the delivery of therapy programs in accordance with philosophy and service guidelines of the Home Care Therapy program as well as vision, mission and values of the Saskatchewan Health Authority.

Education

  • Minimum requirement is a Baccalaureate Degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Requires CPR certification.

Other Information

  • Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement.  HSAS seniority within the Saskatchewan Health Authority will be considered under the Selection Criteria.
  • This is a community based position providing services in clinic and home settings.  Travel required to various community sites within the Primary Health Care Networks (Regina).  Home base for this position is:  4211 Albert Street.
  • Registered/eligible with the Saskatchewan College of Physical Therapists (SCPT)
  • Valid Saskatchewan driver's license and access to a vehicle on a daily basis for work purposes.
