Job Description: Reporting to the Manager, the Pharmacist - PharmD Degree - Senior is committed to the integration of coordinating the orientation of new pharmacy team members, strengthening the provincial pharmacy practice model by leading provincial pharmacy practice projects, coordinating and/or supporting the SHA pharmacy residency programs and working to ensure development and maintenance of tools and information for healthcare providers and/or patients regarding medication-related issues within the SHA. Incumbents will liaise with the University of Saskatchewan, College of Pharmacy and Nutrition to facilitate experiential learning within SHA sites. The incumbent is responsible for representing Pharmacy Services on designated committees and coordinating pharmacy initiatives as it relates to designated projects. The incumbent will be required to work in a staff pharmacist role approximately 20% of their allotted work hours. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement"

Experience
- Two years experience in a publically funded healthcare setting Staff Pharmacist
- Two years hospital pharmacy experience
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BSP)Entry-level Degree
Licenses
- Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals (SCPP)
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- CPRB certification from an accredited Pharmacy Residency Prgram is an asset
