Job Description: As a member of Mental Health and Addiction Services, the Community Mental Health Nurse is an integral member of the Early Psychosis Intervention Program multidisciplinary team providing intensive case management to individuals with chronic and persistent mental illness and substance abuse issues. These services are provided within an individual and group context. Responsibilities include intensive case management, medication management, crisis intervention, counselling, goal planning, consultation to community agencies, group/community education, student mentoring, documentation, client/family and public education, advocacy, and mental health promotion.

Experience
- Three (3) years experience in Mental Health
Education
- Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing (BPN)
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Memberships
- Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of Saskatchewan (RPNAS)
Other Education and Training
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
- Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Workplace Assessment & Violence Education (WAVE)
- Current PART and CPR certification
- Bachelor of Nursing is acceptable
