Job Description: Provides intensive case management to individuals with chronic and persistent mental illness. These services are provided within an individual and/or group context.

Experience
- Experience working with adults/kids/families in community mental health setting
- Two (2) years of experience as a nurse in a Mental Health environment
Education
- Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing (BPN)
Other Education and Training
- Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Bachelor of Nursing is acceptable

- Ability to manage multiple tasks at various stages according to priorities.
- Ability to enter and retrieve data in computer database systems
- Knowledge in normal child and adolescent development and psychopathology
- Ability to design, initiate and conduct in service training for others.
- Ability to formulate evidence based intervention.
- Ability to provide public education regarding children/youth mental health issues
- Knowledge of community resources including treatment programs & support agencies
- Knowledge in community psychiatric nursing practice
- Ability to document in a concise and timely manner
