Job Description: Under the supervision of the Clinical Team Manager, this position is responsible for the provision of clinical assessment, case management, and interventions, as well as health promotion and prevention services to Sunrise Health Region clients 18 years and older experiencing problems related to mental health. The Community Mental Health Nurse will also provide coverage for other team members, group facilitation, and work within the context of the interdisciplinary team.

• Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing (BPN)

Licenses

• Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)

Other Education and Training

• Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
• Workplace Assessment & Violence Education (WAVE)
• Nursing diploma is acceptable
• Bachelor of Nursing is acceptable

• Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
