Experience
- Minimum 2 years nursing experience in primary care, public/community health
- Direct experience in clinical or case management care related to HIV/AIDS
- experience with demonstrated advanced clinical assessment & intervention skills
- 5 years experience working with clients engaged in at risk behaviour
Education
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in Registered Nurse
Licenses
- Graduate Registered Nurse (RN)
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to implement changes that improve processes, practices and outcomes.
- Knowledge of HIPA

- Knowledge in community health nursing theory and principles
- Knowledge of the population health approach and social determinants of health
- Applied knowledge of Psychiatric/Psychological Disorders of substance dependency
