Job Description: Under the direction of the Clinical Services Manager, the Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) ensures all activities are aligned with the organization’s mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities to support safe, high-quality client care. This is achieved through the promotion and integration of best practice standards, as well as the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of orientation, in-service education, and other educational initiatives.

Experience
- Three (3) years nursing experience in the specific clinical area
- Previous experience in nursing education is required
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Other Education & Training
- Master of Nursing, Adult or Continuing Education is an asset
- Instructor certification in applicable certification programs
