Job Description: Ensures provision of safe, comprehensive care, meeting client and staff needs through coordination and communication. Provides assistance with system navigation and the coordinator of patient flow.

Experience
- One (1) year experience in developing/implementing/evaluating programs/resources
- 3 years of recent experience in perinatal/obs and/or pediatric nursing
- One (1) year experience in adult education
- Experience working with required equipment in department/area/program
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Other Education and Training
- Advanced maternal child training and/or certification preferred
- Eligibility to pursue or current instructor certification is required
- Instructor trainer certification preferred eg) FHS, NRP, PEARs, PALS

Knowledge and Abilities
- Knowledge of quality and safety initiatives, including accreditation processes.

- Ability to support the creation of clinical & standard work, educational modules
- Support staff & physicians related to maternal/child care.
- Clinical knowledge and skill set to support maternal/child policies & procedures
- Development, delivery & evaluation of the maternal &/or pediatric programs.
- Ability to lead and coach others
- Ability to work independently
