Job Description: The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for promoting the Mission, Vision and Values of the Saskatchewan Health Authority. Under the direction of the Manager, the Clinical Coordinator integrates knowledge, skill and research into the development and delivery of quality, client centered care. The incumbent will provide visible, proactive leadership and promote the delivery of client centered care to the patients and families. In collaboration with their Manager, the Coordinator is responsible for assessing the needs of the program, its staff and clients by planning, implementing and evaluating its day to day function. The Coordinator will use a consultative approach and research findings to provide support to health care professionals as appropriate.

Experience
- Experience in teaching adults, facilitation skills, and leading group activities
- Experience in case management
- Experience in adult education
- Requires experience in program/resource development related to needs assessment.
- Minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Licenses
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
Other Education and Training
- Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable
