Job Description: The Nurse B - Critical Care Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the highest standard of care and service provision to the clients / residents within the continuing care home. As an experienced practitioner, the Clinical Care Coordinator acts in a leadership role to provide specialized clinical expertise, coordination of resident care and support and teaching to the resident care team (including staff, residents, and residents' support team) within a collaborative environment. The routine procedures are generally predetermined but critical thinking and independent judgment is an integral part of the position.

Experience
- 3-5 years experience in Acute and/or LTC
 
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
 
Licenses
- Basic Cardiac Life Support Level C Certificate (BCLS)
 
Memberships
- College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
 
Other Education and Training
- Pediatric Life Support (PALS) certification acceptable
