Job Description: Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, the RN/RPN provides accurate assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of resident care. An ability to communicate effectively with families and the health care team is required. The individual must possess a progressive and innovative approach to long term care.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)

• Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable
• Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
