Job Description: This position is accountable to the Director of Medical Imaging Services, Provincial Support. The Project Manager is responsible for the ongoing planning, coordination and implementation of assigned projects on time, within the approved scope and within the specified budget, using the corporate project management framework. Our projects are focused on improving the experience and environment for our patients, clients, residents, families and staff. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall development, management and leadership of various interdisciplinary teams consisting of both internal and external stakeholders, as they interact with the project. The Project Manager facilitates and provides detailed planning, costing and ongoing consultation that is comprehensive and collaborative, aligning with regional strategic planning. This individual is also responsible for administrative management of physical and financial resources.

Experience

  • Three years of leadership expereince in increasingly challenging roles
  • Experince with Microsoft Project and advanced level excel

Education

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)

Licenses

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license

Other Education and Training

  • Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Project Management certification is an asset
  • Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in health, social sciences or administration.
