Job Description: The Health Services Manager is accountable for the efficient and effective operation of the facility by providing direction, control and coordination of programs of care. The Health Services Manager is accountable for the delivery, planning and evaluation of direct and indirect client care in accordance with the policies, procedures, mission, vision and values of the Saskatchewan Health Authority and its Affiliates.

Experience
- Experience in Health Care Management
- 5+ years experience in healthcare organization and community health service
- Minimum of two (2) years management experience ideally in long-term care
- Experience in leadership
Education
- Nursing diploma
- Bachelor of Administration (BAdmin)
- Health Care Administration diploma
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Leadership training
- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Undergraduate degree in Health or Social Sciences
- Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
