Job Description: Reporting to a Director - Kidney Health, Saskatoon and North, the Manager will be responsible for administrative and financial management of this unit. The manager will function as a collaborative member of the Kidney Health and Integrated Health Services management team. The role of the manager includes knowing and growing your people, understanding your operations and improving your processes. Safety, operations, patient feedback and a good knowledge of the team pulse along with cross functional learning and improvement opportunities will the key areas of focus.

Experience
- 5 years experience of team-based leadership within a health care organization
Education
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in a health related field
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in Nursing
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
