Job Description: The HRBP is part of an overall Partnership Model created to provide strategic human resources advice and leadership through analysis, support, guidance and resolution on a range of system, program and process matters.

Experience

  • Experience in multiple HR disciplines, including recruitment & labour law
  • 3-5 years' experience in Human Resources

Licenses

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license

Other Education and Training

  • Bachelor of Business Administration is acceptable
  • Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
  • Bachelor of Commerce is acceptable
  • Undergraduate degree/diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration
