Job Description: The HRBP is part of an overall Partnership Model created to provide strategic human resources advice and leadership through analysis, support, guidance and resolution on a range of system, program and process matters.

Experience
- Experience in multiple HR disciplines, including recruitment & labour law
- 3-5 years' experience in Human Resources
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Bachelor of Business Administration is acceptable
- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
- Bachelor of Commerce is acceptable
- Undergraduate degree/diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration
