Experience
- Twelve (12) months on-the-job in order to develop coordination, supervisory and administrative skills and become familiar with department policies and procedures.
Education
- Food Safe Certificate
- Journeyperson Cook certificate
Other Education and Training
- Health Care Cook Certificate is acceptable
