Job Description: The Executive Director (ED), Primary Health Care is a senior leader responsible for advancing integrated, patient-centred care across the Saskatoon area in both Primary Health Care and Mental Health and Addictions. Reporting to the Vice President, Integrated Saskatoon Health, the ED contributes to provincial strategy by identifying system gaps, emerging needs, and opportunities for innovation.
The ED translates strategic priorities into operational and business plans, ensuring effective implementation, performance oversight, and continuous improvement. With executive oversight of both Primary Health Care and Mental Health and Addictions Services in Saskatoon, the role fosters a collaborative, high-performing culture and works cross-functionally to strengthen partnerships and deliver coordinated, high-quality services aligned with Saskatchewan Health Authority goals.
