Job Description: Reporting to the Vice President, Provincial Clinical & Support Services (PCSS), the Executive Assistant provides confidential administrative support and serves as a central coordinator and liaison among internal and external stakeholders, the Executive Leadership Team, and the Office of the CEO. The role supports strategic and day-to-day portfolio operations through effective coordination, communication, and management of executive workflows. Success requires strong judgment, organizational and collaboration skills, and the ability to anticipate needs and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Expereince:
- Experience in management/administration/supervision
- 3-5 years of experience working in a senior administrative assistant-type role
Education:
- Bachelor of Commerce (BComm)
- Bachelor of Administration (BAdmin)
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Other Education & Training: Equivalent combination of education and experience
