Job Description: The Executive Assistant provides high-level executive and project support to the Deputy Chief Medical Officer (DCMO) Quality and Digital Health of the Saskatchewan Health Authority. Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, this role manages communications, coordinates activities, and ensures the smooth, efficient operation of the DCMO’s office.
Key responsibilities include supporting executive leadership, coordinating workflows across administrative teams, preparing and researching materials such as policies and briefings, and assisting with projects that advance organizational priorities. The Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to the Executive Leadership Team and may provide support to the Chief Medical Officer and other executives as needed.
Success in this position requires strong collaboration, communication, organizational, and project-management skills.

Experience
- 3-5 years of experience working in a senior administrative assistant-type role
- Supervisory and/or management experience
Education
- Undergraduate degree in administration, commerce or business

- Demonstrated advanced training and proficiency in spreadsheet, database, and word-processing applications
