Job Description: Provides personal care and activities of daily living for clients/patients/residents to encourage optimum level of functioning. Supports clients/patients/residents in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs.

• This is a relief position with no guaranteed hours.
• Must be available for a minimum of 2 days per week.  Must be available all shifts, short shifts, short notice calls, statutory or designated holidays.
