Job Description: Assists with Community Health Programs including risk reduction education.

Experience

• Six (6) months previous experience with inner city community/programs

Education

• Grade 12

Licenses

• Valid Class 5 driver's license

• Interpersonal skills

Knowledge and Abilities

• Ability to work independently

Other Information

• This is a community based position providing services at various clinics and Primary Health care sites, including rural, within Primary Health Care Networks (Regina). Travel is required where needed. An SHA vehicle is provided for work-related travel.  Home Base:  2110 Hamilton Street.
• WHMIS and Transportation of Dangerous Good Certification an asset.
• Specific to f/RQHR:  Knowledge of sexually transmitted and blood borne diseases an asset.
• Ability to work in a non-judgmental manner and maintain strict confidentiality.
