Job Description: Client Concern Specialists function as an integral part of the client and family's experience in the Patient Safety & Experience Portfolio and have a unique role within Saskatchewan Health Authority. Internally the position works closely with senior leaders, operational leaders, staff and physicians to provide services throughout the province, through local centralized concern intake and resolution models developed and maintained by these positions, assisting clients, families, staff and physicians manage through complex situations. They work with highly sensitive and often public, client issues involving life-changing or high-pressure situations with significant impact, require timely resolution. Client Concern Specialists work closely with operational and physician leaders, practitioners, internal and external stakeholders.

Experience
- 5 years experience in health care or social sciences
Education
- Bachelor Degree in a related Health Science or Social Science discipline
Knowledge and Abilities
- Exemplifies ethical practices, professionalism and personal integrity
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Articulates mission, vision and strategy and charts a path forward
- Ability to coach, mentor and develop others
- Knowledge of First Nations and Metis history in Saskatchewan
